Switch to a more a plant-based diet The environmental impact of producing different food stuffs can be massive. Look out for sustainable palm oil Palm oil is found in a huge variety of products from biscuits and crisps to cosmetics and ice cream. Buy ethically As consumers we have the power to make choices that show support to those businesses and companies who act ethically and provide strong messages to those companies who need to change. Reduce your food waste We waste about a third of all food produced for human consumption.
