Friends of the Earth Cymru have joined forces with Sustainable Fashion Wales to raise awareness and inspire positive change.
What's the problem?
The fashion industry is responsible for 10% of the world’s greenhouse gas emissions and is a major contributor to climate breakdown and the ecological emergency.
What are we calling for?
We want the Welsh Government to set up a taskforce to advise on how fashion could be more sustainable in Wales.
What can communities do?
Many communities across Wales have set up repair cafes and other initiatives that encourage more sustainable fashion choices.
